Why We Don't Publish a Price List

You won't find a flat-rate price headline on this page, and there's a good reason. Real lawn care pricing depends on the property in front of us. Two houses on the same street can have meaningfully different prices because one has a steep slope and a privacy fence and the other is flat with open access. Posting a single price would either over-charge the easier yard or under-charge the harder one. Neither is fair.

So we do the next-best thing: we come out, walk your property, and give you an exact written estimate. Free, no obligation, no pressure.

What Affects the Price

• Lot size — the most obvious factor
• Terrain — flat is faster than steep slopes
• Obstacles — trees, flower beds, playgrounds, fences all add string-trim time
• Gate access — whether we can get our mower to the back yard or have to push a smaller mower around the side
• Current condition — a regularly maintained lawn costs less per visit than a first cut on an overgrown property
• Frequency — weekly customers get a better per-visit rate than one-time mows
• Bundled services — combining mowing with fertilization, aeration, or cleanup usually saves you money overall

What to Expect From an Estimate Visit

1. You call or message us. We get the property address and a sense of what you're looking for.
2. We schedule a visit. Usually within 2-3 business days.
3. We walk the property. Takes 10-15 minutes. You don't even need to be there if you'd rather we just come look on our own — we can leave the estimate or follow up by phone.
4. You get a written estimate. Itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
5. You decide. No pressure either way. We follow up once after a few days, then we stop.

How We Handle Payment

For ongoing service we send a monthly invoice. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. No autopay required, no setup fees, no long-term contracts. Pay-as-you-go works fine.

Volume & Loyalty Discounts

We don't run "today only" sales, but we do give meaningful discounts to:

• Property managers with 5+ properties
• Annual prepay customers — pay for the season upfront, save roughly 10%
• Bundled service customers — mowing + fertilization + aeration in one package costs less than separately
• Senior customers (65+) on weekly service
• Active military, veterans, first responders, teachers with ID
